Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with RAYFON JOURNEYS INC. We specialize in bespoke luxury travel experiences. Due to the nature of travel bookings, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed based on the date we receive your written request:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 100% refund of the total booking amount, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $200.
  • 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are strictly non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to:

  • International airfares (unless a flexible fare was purchased)
  • Travel Insurance premiums
  • Visa application fees

3. Changes and Modifications

If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after booking confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, an administrative fee may apply, along with any price differences imposed by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines).
