1. Method of Delivery
All travel documents, including itineraries, flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and insurance policies, will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided at the time of booking.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Booking Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately after payment is successfully processed.
- Final Itinerary & Documents: Comprehensive travel documents will be sent to your email 14-30 days prior to your departure date. For last-minute bookings, documents will be sent within 48 hours of confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
Since our services are digital and service-based, there are no shipping costs associated with your purchase.
4. Non-Receipt of Documents
